Serbia-based EXIT Festival takes its world-class show on the road, announcing the first six locations of its 2026 Global Tour.
For 25 years, EXIT Festival has helped shaped Serbia‘s music scene. As one of the world’s leading music festivals, the longstanding event in Novi Sad has welcomed upwards of 200,000 attendees representing countries across the globe. The award-winning event is now facing political pressure from the Serbian authorities due to its stance on student protests, however.
While announcing their departure from Novi Sad’s Petrovaradin Fortress, the festival has unveiled the initial destinations on its 2026 Global Tour. Announced at Amsterdam Dance Event, EXIT’s first tour stop will be Croatia in May 2026, with the established Sea Star Festival. Macedonia is set for an EXIT takeover in June, while August brings the European mainstay’s festival energy to several locations in Malta with the help of G7 Events.
Making a stop at the legendary Great Pyramids of Giza, EXIT’s partnership with Venture Lifestyle will bring some of the biggest names in music to Egypt‘s most iconic landmark in October. Rounding out the initial wave of destinations, EXIT will make its debut in India with an event in the bustling city of Mumbai before its homecoming appearance in Belgrade.
While there will be no official EXIT Festival in Serbia for 2026, the event organizers have not forgotten about the festival’s home. Serbian fans can expect No Sleep Festival to evolve into a larger spectacle, bringing the underground to the limelight.
